If you wish to attend the Congress, please:

  • Fill out the Registration Form Registration Form  Registration Formand send it to us jf.padial@upm.es (if your browser doesn't work with pdf file, please, download it and open it with a local pdf reader).
  • Moreover, there is a Congress Fee to be paid, of 100€ before June, 15th 2014 (Reduced Congress Fee), and of 125 € after that date (Ordinary Congress Fee).
  • The payment the Congress Fee must be made by money transfer to the bank of the Congress (click here Information about mony transfer).

The Congress Fee includes attendance to Conferrence, lunch and coffee breaks from Monday 14th and Tuesday 15th and attendance to the Conference Dinner, which will take place on Monday 14th .

Once we get the confirmation of your payment from the bank, you will receive an e-mail message confirming your registration. Please allow a week for receiving this confirmation.

It is possible to consider the registration for Accompanying Persons, as participants in the Congress Dinner and some others social events, by selecting the "Accompanying person" in the  "Registration Fees" field. The fee for "Accompanying person", is of 60€.

Also, there are people who want to join Alfonso just in the celebration’s dinner. So, there is a Special Registration, with a fee of 60€, covering only the attendance to the dinner and social events (on Monday 14th).

Cancellation policy. Cancellation must be made by informing the Registration Desk by e-mail. The amount of refund will be as follows:

  • Cancellation received before June 15th: Full refund minus an administrative charge of 10% of the total amount paid.
  • Cancellation received after June 15th : 50% of the total amount paid.
  • Cancellation received after July 1, 2014: No Refund.
Thanks to all who will attend the Congress and already registered. For those who plan to attend but didn’t register yet, we would appreciate to do it as soon as possible, so we will have more elements to improve the organization of those days. Thank you!!
